The Details:

  • Number of Students: A minimum of 4 students must attend in order to book a week of Custom Camp. A maximum of 8 students may attend. (Depending on the studio space available, we can sometimes accommodate up to 10 students, please inquire if you would like more than 8 students to attend.)
  • Ages: Custom Camps are available for ages 4 - 16. Generally, a 5-year age span (ex. Children ages 5-10; children ages 7-12, etc) is a good range for planning accessible and engaging projects for the group of students. If your group is wider than 5 years apart, please let us know and we can discuss this further with you.
  • Timing: Custom Camps are available, on select weeks, Monday - Friday as (consecutive) 4-day or 5-day camps. Choose from two time options: 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm.
  • Advanced Booking: Booking is required at least one month in advance so that we can plan a fantastic week of Camp for you! Booking is on a first-come-first-serve basis, by request, and when staffing is available.
  • Cost:
    • Custom Camp 5-day: $200 + $15 materials fee, per student.
    • Custom Camp 4-day: $160 + $12 materials fee, per student.
    • 4 student minimum per Custom Camp week.
  • Deposit: After booking, a non-refundable $215 deposit for 5-day camps OR $172 deposit for 4-day camps secures your space. The deposit will be applied towards the balance of the parent who heads up booking the camp week.
  • Registration: After booking, we will send you a link to register. Your group of students must register and pay within 7 days of the Custom Camp booking.

Cancellation Policies: 

  • A minimum of 4 students must be registered within 7 days of the Custom Camp booking, or your Custom Camp week will be cancelled and your non-refundable deposit forfeited.
  • The minimum charge for a 5-day Custom Camp is $860 and for a 4-day Custom Camp is $688 (4 student minimum).
    • Single student cancellation policy for groups of 4: Full tuition is forfeited in the event of a cancellation in order to adhere to our minimum charge. 
    • Single student cancellation policy for groups above 4: For the 5th+ student who cancels, payment (-$15 non-refundable deposit) will be refunded up to 14 days prior to the start of the camp. Within 14 days of the camp start date, your payment is non-refundable. Once your group is at the 4 student minimum, full tuition is forfeited in the event of a cancellation (unless the whole camp is canceled).
    • Whole group Custom Camp cancellation: In the event that your group decides to cancel the entire camp, we'll refund your camp payments (minus your $215 or $172 deposit) up to 14 days before the start of your camp.

  • July 30th - August 3rd // 9am - 12pm
  • August 6th - 10th // 9am - 12pm - Booked
