Mythical Creatures in Clay

  • Ages 7 - 11

  • Thursdays 4:15 - 5:30pm

  • March 14th - May 16th

  • No class March 28th

  • $235+ $18 materials fee

Create mythical creatures using the magical medium of clay! Sculpt, pinch, coil, shape and carve your creations to make mythical creatures come to life right before your eyes. Students will make many different mythically-inspired ceramic sculptures, while having plenty of choice, and room to explore in clay.

Please note that this class is appropriate to take for the first time, or continue on from a previous session as we’ll make all new projects this Spring!

Acrylic & Watercolor Painting

Now starting March 18th!

  • Ages 9 - 13

  • Mondays 5:00 - 6:15pm

  • March 18th - May 13th

  • No class March 25th

  • $208 + $18 materials fee

Build a foundation in painting with the diverse media of acrylics and the delicate techniques of watercolor during this fun 9-week class. Working on both canvas and paper, students will learn techniques such as color mixing, brush strokes, and how to set up their own compositions. We will be creating a variety of paintings during this course which culminates in an independent study painting of each student's choice.

Foundations in Realistic Drawing

  • Ages 9 - 13

  • Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:15pm

  • March 13th - May 15th

  • No class March 27th

  • $235 + $18 materials fee

Join us as we explore the exciting world of learning to draw realistically! Using media such as pen and ink, pencil, charcoal, sumi ink and oil pastel, students will learn techniques, tips and tricks for realistically rendering the world around them. Building upon various art works, this class will culminate in an independent project of each student's choosing.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • A minimum of 4 students must be enrolled in order for class to be held. We will notify you if your class might not run due to low enrollment.

  • Payment is due in full at time of registration. The Materials Fee is a non-refundable deposit. In the event of a cancellation, tuition will be refunded up to 10 days prior to the start of class. Within 10 days of the class start date, class tuition is non-refundable.
