• We host birthday parties at Tinker for ages 3 - 12

• We host Pottery Parties at Clay Hub for ages 7 - 16 (ages 17 - adults can book a Pottery Private Event). Handbuilding parties are available for ages 7+ and wheel throwing parties are available for ages 8+

• Pottery Parties at Clay Hub have a limit of 14 total participants

• 5-12 year old parties (at Tinker) have a limit of 20 total children

• 3 & 4 year old parties have a limit of 14 total children + a grown up attends with each child

• Please plan to bring presents home rather than opening them at the studio so our focus can stay on art-making

@ TINKER: Guests will be greeted with a magnetic search & find sensory tables (ages 7 & under) OR a plexiglass painting station (ages 8+), a custom birthday banner to decorate for the birthday-kid, and a giant cardboard cake to paint before we dive into the main project you select from our menu!

Note: Tinker Time Art & Play Parties and Canvas Painting parties do not include any pre-project party stations as described above.

@ CLAY HUB: Choose from a Handbuilding Party (ages 7+) or a Wheel Throwing party (ages 8+)! After settling into the studio, artists will get to create their own ceramic work that will be professionally fired and glazed by our Clay Hub team and ready for pickup ~3 weeks later!

@ TINKER:

• Art play stations, themed art project, an inspiring studio space, and guidance for each child to create an amazing work of art over the course of a 1 hour art party!

• Up to 30 minutes for cupcakes and/or snacks in our separate party room.

• Our entire studio is reserved for you during your party slot.

• You may access the studio 5-10 minutes before your party to set up, and 5-10 minutes after your party to load out anything you brought in. We are unable to accommodate any additional time outside of 10 minutes (max) before and after, as we have a full party schedule.

• We take care of all the cleanup!

@ CLAY HUB:

• Guided Handbuilding or Wheel Throwing party in the Teaching Studio at Clay Hub.

• Handbuilding Parties include a 10 minute wheel throwing demo by our talented instructor.

• Professional glazing and firing of each party-goers ceramic work (one handbuilt project / one wheel thrown piece is kept for each artist).

• 10 minutes for cupcakes at the end of the party. ONLY cupcakes are permitted in Clay Hub, no other snacks or treats. (Juice boxes and bottled water are permitted.)

@ TINKER:

• Any food, drinks, cupcakes or cake that you’d like.

• Paper plates, utensils, cups, napkins and any other dinnerware needed for your cake/snack time.

@ CLAY HUB:

• Cupcakes (ONLY) for snack/treat. This is for 2 reasons: we need most of our 1.5 hour party time for working AND typically no food is allowed in Clay Hub due to the nature of a ceramics studio. We are happy to make an accommodation to this policy with cupcakes during your party, but no other food is allowed in the space. Thank you so much for your understanding!

• Juice boxes or bottled water (No glass containers)

• Paper plates & napkins

TINKER ART STUDIO PARTIES: $375* (minimum charge) per party with up to 12 participants, +$29 per additional guest up to 20. No-show guests will be charged at $5 per guest.

CLAY HUB POTTERY PARTIES: $525* fixed rate per party for up to 14 participants.

DEPOSIT: $100.00 (+tax) deposit. In the event of a cancellation, and your party slot fills, the deposit is refundable minus a $25 processing fee. The deposit is nonrefundable in the event of a cancellation and we cannot fill your party slot.

Your deposit is applied towards your balance.

*15% gratuity, for your party teaching team, is added to your party total, and your card on file is charged the Tuesday following your party.
